What we collect

This website is a product page. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to send (for example: business name, size, contact details, and your message).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule a demo, and discuss implementation details. We do not sell your information.

Data hosting & GDPR

Welcomr is built for EU customers. When deployed, product data is hosted on EU servers (Frankfurt). We provide DPAs and support GDPR-aligned processes for Dutch and EU requirements.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, approximate country and device type. It only loads, and only sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years), after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; the legal basis is your consent. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. If you click “Reject”, or make no choice, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We also keep your language and cookie choice in your browser’s local storage; they never leave your device.
